My bootcamp fitness sessions will provide you with a comprehensive workout of high intensity Interval based training. These sessions are packed full of periodised workouts, fun warm up drills and metabolic finisher drills.



Zumba is for anybody and every body!  The sessions are a mixture of low intensity and high intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party.


Bootybarre is a sexy, energetic and fun workout that fuses fitness techniques from dance, pilates, and yoga that will tone, define and chisel the whole body.
